This is a favorite dessert of Adrianna's and mine. We both love lemon and this pie delivers. It is super easy to make. Great for summer treats. The fresh lemon juice is what makes the difference!

I first found this recipe at AllRecipes.com (Recipe by Taste of Home). I've been making it for years. It calls for a pastry shell which is certainly good, but I always make it with a homemade graham cracker crust.
